At Shastrigal.net, we offer personalized Homa Puja services by experienced Shastrigal Pandits. As our services are provided to individuals, these shipping and delivery policies set out the policies and procedures for the provision of arrangements and services.
- Service delivery
Nature of Services: Our services are not intangible; These include spiritual rituals and ceremonies performed by qualified writers and scholars in the area you specify.
Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter via email or phone with details of your booked service, including date, time and location - Place of service
Services are performed at the location specified by the customer at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure the space is accessible and ready for the ceremony.
Additional travel expenses may be charged at locations outside of our regular business locations. These amounts will be specified at the time of planning. - Time and punctuality
Service Schedule: Our Shastrigalas and Pandits try to reach at scheduled times. However, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, weather) may cause some delays. In such circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible.
Customer Responsibility: Customer must ensure availability and readiness within the agreed upon time to avoid delays or cancellations. - Restructuring projects
If you intend to reschedule your service, at least [set a time limit, e.g., 48 hours] before we find out. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Unexpected power
In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, emergencies) we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in such cases we will work with you to find an alternative date worth it. - Contact us
